IUG listserv is high quality 'ballast on the inbox'. And. Searchable archive is good as well but items like this u sometimes need to dig through the on again/of again CSDirect wikis and then there some third source for community driven support that I know is escaping me at the moment.
Happy hunting
Maryann.
Ps... Ppl will. Email u off list very generously from IUG as u try to learn all the Innovativ-ese. That was my experience.

Thanks, I'll check out that list if I need to. How active is the Innovative User Group? High volume of emails or pretty low?
Thanks again, Kyle.

If you don't find what you need here and haven't tried already, I'd check
out the IUG list. A lot of people that monitor that list are really good
with this sort of thing.
