PARC has an internship available in Document Migration and Organization.

  
PARC currently has a large number of documents in an old proprietary web based
repository. This 2 or 3 month project is to explore options
to move the data to a new repository with appropriate file permissions,
develop the work process, and execute the migration. The desired candidate
will be able analyze documents and the structure they are stored in to
determine whether the documents are for archival purposes, being actively
used, and worth migrating. The candidate will then help design and use an
information architecture to migrate and store the documents in a new location.

  
The candidate should have a working knowledge of:

  
HTML

Information architecture or basic library science

Microsoft Windows file permissions

Microsoft SharePoint 2010

Xerox DocuShare, preferred

Powershell, preferred
