of such themes as digital archives, online curating and the meeting of digital
mobile media with the public realm. With opportunities to contribute to an

and to ensure that the research informing FACT and generated through its

The LJMU duties of this post will comprise research and teaching in relevant
subject areas at Liverpool School of Art and Design; these include
Architecture, Fashion, Fine Art, Graphic Design and Illustration, History of
Art and Spatial Design. Research in the school is managed under the Art and

students' creative practice. Art and Design research has focused on
contemporary issues and ideas in international art and design practice,
curatorial practice and related histories and theories through exhibitions and
publications, conferences, events and fellowships.
Following the successful appointment of Dr Antony Hudek to a post in

FACT. It supposes a unique opportunity for an exceptional individual to
develop innovative and productive teaching and research activity by exploiting
the synergies between academia and creative industries.

organisation will vary depending on seasonal pressures but will roughly be
50/50. In addition to the duties undertaken at each institution you will
facilitate dialogue and collaboration between the other institutions holding
