As the leader, or member, of a project team undertake the development of web-
based systems
Provide direction on, and contribute to, the maintenance and continual
improvement of production services, development environments, system
architectures and operational procedures
Mentor and coach less experienced developers
Work in an innovative environment on interesting and challenging projects for
a leading cultural organisation. Up-to-date tools and methodologies, including
Java, Ruby, Agile, TDD and mobile development.

Extensive experience as a senior applications developer working on digital
library projects is required, with mentoring/coaching experience and the
ability to lead and manage a technical team. A sound understanding of software
development and project management methodologies is also required, with
software project management experience well regarded. A degree in information
technology or the equivalent is highly desirable.
