Under the general direction of the Deputy Library Director, and in close
collaboration withthe Managers, Public Service Units;
Manager, Collections and Programming; and theManager,
Information Technology, the Manager, E-Services provides leadership for
theplanning, development, delivery, and assessment for all
of Regina Public Library's publicfacing technology services. The Manager works
as part of the Library's managementteam to ensure the
effective, co ordinated delivery of virtual public services throughout
thesystem.
The Manager will demonstrate strong managerial skills, creativity, ingenuity,
integrity, anda keen appreciation for and understanding of
customer service in the execution of her/hisduties. The
position will play a significant role in leading innovation in Regina
PublicLibrary's programs and services. The Manager has line
responsibility for assigned staff,as well as contacts with
vendors, external stakeholders and Regina Public Library
staff.
