Fortunately the NIH is considered essential, so it is not entirely closed.
I have a copy of the baseline data files for MEDLINE/PubMed from this year,
but haven't written an importer, and since the database is still available
from NIH, I don't think that I will be providing a mirror to it during the
shutdown.
