Library provides services and access to scholarly information resources to
support these research
programs.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Librarian to the position of
Associate University Librarian
(Scholarly Resources). The position will provide strategic leadership in the
development,
management and delivery of quality digital, print and museological
collections. Leading the
Scholarly Resources team, the role works closely and collaboratively with
senior staff and
stakeholders internal and external to the University to ensure that the
University library provides
access to scholarly resources to support the University's teaching and
research programs.
The successful applicant will have senior leadership skills, extensive
management expertise and
high level communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Experience in
an academic or
research library would be highly regarded. In addition, applicants must have
appropriate tertiary
qualifications, including eligibility for associate membership of the
Australian Library and
Information Association.

Salary: Appointment to this position will be on a full-time basis for a period
of five years,
which may be renewable subject to satisfactory performance and availability of
funds. A generous remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful
applicant. The University offers attractive superannuation and salary
