What about approaching one of the existing 501c3's in our space to see if they might be interested in and able to take this on for the community?
In addition to shirt revenues and yacht maintenance fees, it would be good to have an agency that could help do banking for scholarships, and perhaps pay forward any surpluses from one year's conference to the next year's hosts.
