The survey linked below is part of an effort of the 2014 ALA Emerging
Leaders team assigned to the Association for Library Collections &
Technical Services (ALCTS) social media project. By surveying collections
and technical services library professionals, paraprofessionals, and
interested MLIS students, we hope to learn more about how we can help ALCTS
move forward with their social media efforts. Please help us answer these
questions by taking an online survey (estimated <10 minutes to complete).
Findings will be reported online and at the 2014 ALA Annual Conference,
with the potential for future journal publications.
Survey questions will be collected online through the survey tool
Qualtrics. To protect the confidentiality of survey respondents the
collection of IP addresses will be disabled in the survey results.
Participation is voluntary and participants are free to withdraw at any
time, or may choose to only answer specific questions.
