Yes, I have used this tool off and on and I would recommend it. It has worked better on a Mac than a PC for me though.
You also might want to check out https://webrecorder.io/ as well. It has potential for capturing social media accounts and sites with lots of dynamic elements.

I need to make a WARC of one of our websites. I'm digging through information on Heritrix and WARC via Wget, but since I only need to do this for one site, the extension seems nice and simple. We need a WARC file suitable for long term preservation, access isn't important at this point.
Any thoughts?
