You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Arthur
Hendricks from Portland State University, Branford Price Millar Library.
The researcher hopes to learn what your library 's policies are regarding
blogging and scholarship. If you decide to participate, you will be asked
to answer a short survey hosted on the web. It shouldn't take more than 20
minutes to answer. You may not receive any direct benefit from taking part
in this study, but the study may help to increase knowledge that may help
others in the future. Any information that is obtained in connection with
this study and that can be linked to you or identify you will be kept
confidential. This information will be kept confidential since it is an
anonymous survey and IP addresses will not be recorded. Your
participation is voluntary. You do not have to take part in this study, and
it will not affect your relationship with Portland State University or the
