A jubilant mid-Thursday to you all. This is a mildly beseeching follow-up to Gary Thompson's September 19th participant call for the 2017 Code4Lib Conference.
The conference will be held in the Los Angeles area next February or March. Venue and dates are being negotiated and the Local Planning Committee imminently expects to announce specifics. In advance of finalization, we still need folk to volunteer for a few high-priority committees. If you have a particular skill or interest, please contact the coordinators listed below. No prior experience or attendance at a Code4Lib conference is required. This is a preposterously convivial opportunity to get involved and introduce yourself to the community.

Additionally, there are a host of other committees, all equally important in the effort and energy that participants bring to them. If you feel inclined, take a look at the wiki: http://wiki.code4lib.org/2017_Conference_Committees. If you have an interest in chairing or participating and have any questions, feel free to email Gary Thompson, the Local Planning Committee's primary contact, at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
