Subject: RE: Voting Begins for Code4Lib 2017 Pre-conference Sessions!
Hi Kate,
We're going to get the site updated with the rest of the abstracts hopefully by tomorrow. Meanwhile, we'll close the polls and send out another message when we've opened them again.
My apologies,
Kim

Hi Jeremy,
Sorry, just realized that your proposal is appearing twice in the code4lib website, we'll get it fixed. It's only available as one option on the voting form.
Kim

Hi Lucas,
Sorry for the confusion but I think my session is still being double listed if you want to remove the entry, "Building Applications and Microservices using RDF" that would be great. Sorry for the confusion with the Google submission process.
Thanks,
Jeremy Nelson

Subject: [CODE4LIB] Voting Begins for Code4Lib 2017 Pre-conference Sessions!
Thank you to everyone who submitted a pre-conference proposal to code4lib 2017. In total, we've received 37 proposals this year (!), but due to limited space we won't be able to offer all of them.
That means it's time to vote for your favourite pre-conference sessions. Voting will remain open from now until November 22nd, 5 PM Pacific Time / 8 PM Eastern Time.
Please take a look at the proposals and their descriptions at http://2017.code4lib.org/workshops/proposed-workshops.html, then to vote you may visit http://bit.ly/c4l17preconfvote to choose your top 3 sessions that you'd be most interested in attending.
The results from the vote will help us to allocate the limited space, and will help us put each accepted session in the best room available. The leaders of accepted proposals will hear from us by November 23rd.
Thank you in advance for your participation, Code4Lib 2017 Pre-conference Committee
