Code4Lib Journal is aggregated by EBSCOhost. They have full text with some
delay; and I think missing a few issues (SFX kb says "starting in 2009";
whereas issue 1 was published 2007-12-17). Screenshots attached.
I think that LOCKSS/CLOCKSS/Portico would be a good bet.
This of course brings up ongoing discussions about administering finances
etc. (since e.g. the conference or something else would have to subsidize
anything fee-based). We do get (small) royalties periodically from ; last
time I knew about that it was on the order of $300 for the period from 2009
up to March 2014.
And I'd love some photos of printed Code4Lib Journal on the shelf -- if
anyone sees that, please share!
