Unfortunately, I remember the code4lib history talks being lightning talks and unless my search skills are simply failing me, I wonder if it was one of those years where the sign up was on paper (not on the wiki) and therefore, the list of lightning talks are not searchable.
I'll keep looking, but was hoping someone would remember which year it was and who presented it.
