I would be happy to spin up a server on AWS, and help with the migration of the site and the Journal.
The cost should be about $100 per year. If we start a new account, the first year could be free.
I would help with administration, but would expect help from the community.

As this is a subdomain, there are some logistical concerns regarding the domain's registration and setup, but not hosting.
