Hi All,
Iıd like to clarify the job posting for the Programmer Analyst at Memorial
Sloan Kettering.
Java being listed as a requirement was a holdover from 9 years ago where
one of the applications was java based.
Weıre no longer using Java.
I might add that itıs a great place to work, a great team, good benefits
and full support for working remotely.
While a library degree is helpful itıs not required.
The need is for someone who understands the work of a library and can put
a service-oriented approach foremost.
The library is also expanding with the expectation to include two new
positions, a metadata specialist and data analyst.
Any questions feel free to contact me off-list.
Thanks
Eric
