The Oberlin College Libraries (OCL) seek a Head of Discovery and Metadata Services. This position is based in the newly named Mary Church Terrell Main library and supervises a department of four who also provide service to the Clarence Ward Art Library and the Science Library. OCL is a standard bearer of excellence since its founding in 1834, receiving awards and accolades from various professional organizations. With support for active leadership in the field, the incumbent will find a collegial and highly creative environment that begins in Oberlin and extends into the Greater Cleveland Region.
