The mailing list only allows postings from addresses in the listserv's database; posts from the world are not authorized. I routinely get messages from people who say, "I'm subscribed, I get mail, but I can't post.", and this is because these people have two email addresses (a "real" address and an alias), and they are not posting from the subscribed one. In short, the list is already a members only list.
Mr. Adam Dobren subscribed September 6, 2019. His email address is generic, and there was no signature to the posting, so it is difficult to authenticate him. Adam, are you there?
