The Iowa State University Library is accepting nominations and applications for the position of Data Management Education Specialist.
This position will develop and extend the Library's role in providing education services on the topics of data management, data sharing, computational reproducibility, and open research practices. This position is expected to collaborate and coordinate with individuals from within the library (data services librarian, liaison librarians, etc.) and with members of the broader campus community including graduate students, faculty, and staff members in order to seek and create education and community building opportunities.
Located in the heart of the vibrant Iowa State University campus, the University Library is an ARL institution that serves over 37,000 students, faculty, and staff.
