Andrea,
We use a campus-wide EMS system here at NC State. We have also used API to
build our own front-end. The primary reason we did not use LibCal (years
ago) was because we have different reservation permissions for different
types of users (faculty, grads, etc) to reserve in different spaces. That
may be an area that has developed further in LibCal in the intervening time.
