RIS is a common format and all citation management software can read them (so can us humans). But if you don't have the ProCite software, you can't really export to begin with... I hope you are able to import them with Endnote. Good luck!

I hadn't found that, but it looks like it will work! Everything I was finding for converting ProCite DBs discussed exporting them into an "RIS" format before importing into other products (mostly Zotero).
