Hi Charles,
I would suggest using https://www.scribblemaps.com/create which is
basically a simple image editor on top of Google maps. Or using
https://snazzymaps.com/explore and snipping to then start creating the
simple design you want. If you email me a mock up or sketch I can make it
for you quickly.
