If you just need a one-off check you can use the text-entry on
https://languagetool.org/ without signing up for an account.
It also has browser extensions to enable it in web apps. I use a VS Codium
extension based on them, and as far as picking up basic tense/conjugation
errors, I'd rate it on par with the default MS Word offering. But, yeah, I
would assume it struggles with the singular they.
