My esteemed listmates,
We have had devastating effects felt by Hurricane Ian.
No power for a while longer. Many homes and cars seriously damaged or
destroyed.
I'm trying to help patrons with the Franklin Nobile-T hotspot we led out.
A couple of patrons sharing the hotspot won't recharge. It's inserted into
a good, working electrical outlet where power has been restored but the
hotspot never re-charges. The progress bar travels across to around 60%
but when they try to connect to the net with it that Franklin 9 does not
appear on their cell or laptop.
I'm not sure if thi is a battery issue or cell service (T-Mobile) issue or
both?
I Googled this without much help in the results.
The hotspot is the lifeline for some patrons so I'm trying my best to help
them survive this hurricane.
Any and all helpful suggestions are so appreciated.
Thank you!
Charles.
