You might want to check out a Firefox plugin, appropriately called “Open Multiple Urls”:

I use it pretty often, works well.  Maybe it will do what you need.  Also available for Chrome <https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/open-multiple-urls/oifijhaokejakekmnjmphonojcfkpbbh?hl=en>.
