Hi,
I assume by graphics you mean flowcharts and such? PowerPoint has those built in -- they call them "SmartArt." https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-a-flow-chart-to-a-slide-in-powerpoint-0a0112d1-8afb-46d9-8b06-c7ca03d2ef63
You can insert word graphics to PowerPoint, but you need to save them as images first. Here's how you do that: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/save-a-picture-or-other-graphic-as-a-separate-file-3c4f9ca4-945a-4c33-af91-d10e4e3ea715#:~:text=Save%20an%20image%20as%20a%20separate%20file&text=Right%2Dclick%20the%20illustration%20that,file%20format%20that%20you%20want.
For thought bubbles, you want to "insert a shape." https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-shapes-0e492bb4-3f91-43b5-803f-dd0998e0eb89
For tutorials, Microsofts online tutorials have improved a lot in recent years. I often use their website for office questions.

Subject: [CODE4LIB] Power Points You Like
EXTERNAL MESSAGE
My stemmed listmates,
I'm creating my 1st Power Point.
I thought I'd just insert the graphics I created in a Word doc into each
slide.
I have no instruction or guidance re: creating power points.
I know there must be tons of YT videos but you can spend your life watching
bad videos (either you can't see the words on screen or the video teaches
you very little or not the skills you're looking to learn).
Is It easy to create thought bubbles in PPT?
Same with Googling. There's no vetting of them
Would anyone be so kind as to share any Power Point you've received and/or
created which you'd liked?
Thank you so much.
Charles.
