My state's library association switched to Wild Apricot about a year and a half ago. Their prices have definitely gone up, even since we started.
Also, it's worth noting that their platform has a strong tendency to produce HTML that has accessibility issues. If you're not careful, it's easy to wind up with a site chock full of layout tables, poor header usage and images without alt text. Not to mention a whole lot of div soup. We're in the middle of a project to go through and clean up the mess that came of a hurried transition from our old platform, and that code is ugly.

I've been using JoinIt.org for our Atlantic Provinces Library Association for several years. It seems to work well

WildApricot used to have a free tier but not anymore – it looks like their cheapest monthly option is $51 / month if you prepay for 2 years. I used to be the WildApricot admin for a running club and I know that products in this area have become quite pricey unless you are grandfathered into an old pricing scheme.

Another point for Wild Apricot from me.
I've worked with it behind the scenes as part of the North Carolina Library Association and our local UXPA chapter. The UXPA chapter did an extensive look at competing products a few years ago and didn't find anything with a comparable feature set & price.
WA is a little clunky but it gets the job done.

Second Wild Apricot. My spouse implemented it for a wildlife preservation group she manages and has good things to say about it.
