For our 3D printer, I'm trying to scan a photo of an object so I can then
get accurate measurements of that object.

Poly Cam did an excellent job on my Android cell but to save that  scan
they require you to pay $80 for a premium account.

Have you found any phone scanners which are accurate and better priced?

I found this but I don't know how much I can trust reviews?
