I have a QR Reader on my old Sasmung cell (no longer have service for it).

Works great.

I wanted to install that exact one on my new Samsung but when I Google PLay
a search I never found that exact one.

I visited the old cell and enabled the Developer option but that didn't
tell me the creator of that QR Reader.

It did tell me  version 1.6.2 so I Google Play searched QR Reader 1.6.2 but
that didn't help.

How can I ascertain the creator of an app on a non-service older cell?

I like that it had no ads.
