If you've ever wanted to work mere blocks from the ocean in lovely Southern California, my library recently posted a recruitment for a Senior Librarian:

This would be the Systems / ILS / Integrations librarian but would also be managing the circulation staff... and handling 2nd level patron issues.  So super-personable is going to be just as -- if not more -- important than raw tech skills.
