I wish we would just call it "lying". Hallucinations can be delightful,
or scary, but what these do is simply lying. Hallucinations are sensory,
not data driven. I think the term was used by the LLM people to make it
seem less like a huge mistake and more like a twinkle in the eye.
They are LYING.
