Based on the CLI code
<https://github.com/scriptotek/mc2skos/blob/master/mc2skos/mc2skos.py#L198-L201>
in the repo, the --skosify flag accepts the path to a config file that
looks like this:
https://github.com/scriptotek/mc2skos/blob/master/examples/skosify.cfg
Unfortunately, that example doesn't fill out much. Skosify is a dependency
of mc2skos though and it has more documentation:
https://github.com/NatLibFi/Skosify I'm hoping the API Reference link there
can answer your question.
