Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Responsible for the operations and support for library automation software used by library staff and customers.
• Define and request modifications to vendor systems and software.
• Review processes and makes recommendations to senior management for modifications that improve the efficiency of operations and seamless access to library collections.
• Test and evaluate new or updated databases, software, modifications, or other changes to automated systems.
• Refine and improve systems based on testing and user input.
