The anti-virus on Windows is Windows Defender. It should be enabled by
default. If it's not, it usually nags you to turn it on. Go into
security settings and make sure it's on and updated (usually takes
forever for it to update), then delete any apps you downloaded to do the
same job as Windows Defender. They just slow down the computer an cause
crashing and basically the opposite of what you want them to do as far
as I can tell.
You'll probably get better answers from people who haven't given up on
Windows, but that's my view.
