My esteemed listmates,

I've got a two-fold question that's interrelated.

We have patrons visiting the library who need to migrate pdfs, jogs,
text files, photos of theri iPads and/or iPhones on to our regular
Verbatim flash drives which fit into a PC laptop but not an iPad or
Phone.

What cable(s) and adapter(s) do we need to connect their iPad or
iPhone to the USB flash drive?

Related to that issue I connected a C-connector cable to a new iPhone
and opened File Explorer in Windows 10 but i can only see Internal
Storage and then under that I see 7 "folders" (like you see in Windows
folders and each is named a bunch of numbers like 200487.

I don't see Files App or Photo Library or even Downloads even after
';ve clicked Saved a PDF attached to an email received on the Iphone
to Downloads.

How does one find Downloads on an iPhone via Windows 10 File Explorer?
