If it’s not raining with people driving out in it, there won’t be any reports of it, so looking at the map might not work.

In Waze, you can see the images if you try to report it.  Look under ‘bad weather’, and you should see a car in water.  (But they still don’t have anything specific for ‘whiteout’ or ‘raining so bad you can’t see more than 10 feet ahead of you’)

If someone reports it as ‘road closure’, the road will show up as a red & white dotted line.
