My esteemed listmates,

I've spent a good deal of time and effort reading re:  MMS and if they
use data or if you can still open an MMS received with no data left.

Lots of people shared that you have to have data to open an MMS but I
found others which share you just have to turn MMS on your Android to
open and MMS.

I couldn't find an expansion of how to turn MMS on my Samsung Galaxy
AO3 with Tracfone.

Has anyone explored and resoled this issue?
