Even if there are cameras at an interchange, it is unlikely that the data from the cameras would be publicly available. As a general rule, it is not possible to get a live image of a section of road from public sources. There may be some exceptions if a state or municipality has put in public cameras at some limited locations, but you would probably have to find such things through a web browser; a GPS app probably won't know about them.
