We are pleased to announce that we are launching a trial year for our new
Individual Associate Membership (IAMOPF) at the Open Preservation
Foundation (OPF). For the full announcement please see our news item

We believe that collaborations to develop shared standards and solutions is
still the way forward. This new membership tier is an attempt to amplify
this, and offer new opportunities to individual consultants and contractors
working independently of institutions. We recognise the importance of
individuals within this sector, and many of you employ Contractors
yourselves. We believe that together we could have a united voice.


With this in mind, we are launching this trial year of our Individual
Associate Membership to try to expand our community, and provide a space
where our members can continue to learn from the experiences of others,
exchange knowledge and best practices, and discover new partners for
collaboration.
