The 20th annual Code4Lib Conference will be held at Princeton University March 10 - 13, 2025, and we are issuing an open call for a logo design to be featured on the front of the Code4Lib 2025 Conference t-shirt.

We are accepting designs starting immediately. The deadline to enter a design for consideration is Wednesday, December 18, 2024. The winning logo will be chosen based on a popular vote, which will be held in January 2025.

Designs should include the conference name (Code4Lib 2025) and are limited to a single color, by default a white logo on a black t-shirt. If you would prefer a color other than white, let us know in your explanatory text and it will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.  All designs must be original and the intellectual property of the person submitting the design, and must be compliant with the conference Code of Conduct (https://2025.code4lib.org/conduct/).

For voting, please upload a JPG or PNG file to the Google form.  Be aware that the winning design will work best as a high resolution vector art file for screen printing, so save your original file in a compatible format such as .ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf.
