My stemmed listmates,

I have watched a panoply of YT videos and read a ton of Googled
results but to no avail.

I'm trying to help a patron create a group email (Label in Gmail) and
then add some of his gmail contacts.

I'll view the YT videos and the screenshots and then look at his iPad
and the icons and graphics which appear in the YT video or screenshot
don't appear on his iPad.

The perron left so I can't verify which iPad version or which iOS he's
running byt has the process changed much in the past 2-3 years?
