May we engage in a brief discussion of brightly collared pens?

Any fans of the former PaperMate liquid Expresso pen?

Great for art, marking files, calendars .... but they no longer make them.

It was more accurate than a highlighter but not as rigid as a ballpoint pen.

Has anyone found brightly colored ink pens similar to that PaperMate?
