I have some questions.
My thinking is that regular text messages are SMS. To you mean RCS when
you say regular text messages?
Are you using the Samsung messaging app (Which has been discontinued) or
Google Messages or something else?
Can you send SMS messages?
What about MMS messages? Can you send or receive those?
Mentioning 400 minutes of talk makes me thing TracFone or something like
that. They usually break it up into data, talk and text. How many
texts do you have left?
