In my experience Adobe has the most convenient tools for manipulating PDF files. A premium feature like exporting tables to Excel will typically require a paid license. I regularly use the free Acrobat Edge extension and while very useful it shills for an upgrade to features like export to Word and AI document summaries. PDF tools of note: Acrobat Edge/Chrome extension https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/pdf-viewer-extension.html?msockid=1db8e5da7cbb68b31f5df0bb7d0b6946 Acrobat Extensions for Office https://store.office.com/addinsinstallpage.aspx?rs=en-001&assetid=WA104380526 https://store.office.com/addinsinstallpage.aspx?assetid=WA104380526&rs=en-001&isWac=True Sumatra PDF reader https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/free-pdf-reader PDFTK https://www.pdflabs.com/tools/pdftk-the-pdf-toolkit/
