.
We’re making this available in response to what we’re hearing from so many
of our peers and partners across the knowledge sector, nonprofit spaces,
and mission-driven organizations. Resources and infrastructure are under
strain, and many of us are navigating an ongoing climate of uncertainty,
facing shifting policies and shrinking funding with little time to prepare.
Many groups are navigating these conditions without the capacity to pause,
regroup, or ask for support.
These Office Hours are open to anyone—especially individuals or small teams
whose work is rooted in equity, care, and collaboration—working through
questions around structure, strategy, growth, or change. You don’t need a
perfectly framed problem to sign up. If you’re holding something that needs
thinking through, we’re here for that.
You might come in asking:
-
*“What’s the best way to prepare for a leadership transition?”*
-
*“Are our tools and workflows still serving our goals?”*
-
*“How can we plan for sustainability after our grant ends?”*
-
*“We want to reach our community more effectively—where do we start?”*
-
*“How do we design a clearer decision-making process?”*
Each session is a chance to talk through a specific challenge with one of
our consultants, get a few concrete ideas or tools, and walk away with a
clearer path forward.
Drawing on Educopia’s 18 years of experience and expertise, we’re looking
forward to connecting with you in solidarity, and offering thoughtful,
practical support for whatever questions or challenges you’re navigating in
this current, difficult moment. *Please feel free to share this invitation
with others in your networks who might benefit.*
