I agree with others. I wonder if it would be useful/helpful to schedule some kind of informal informational session where existing folks could share some of the challenges and interested folks could talk about what they might be able to bring to the table?
I was at a conference earlier this week and at a dinner where the journal was being highly praised for its quality content. I know I depend on it and am happy to support efforts to continue this work going forward.
