Hello, everyone.
The ELUNA 2026 Annual Meeting<https://el-una.org/meetings/eluna-2026-conference/> Program Planning Committee is excited to open the Call for Proposals for sessions in the AI/Emerging Technologies & Standards track.
We invite you to submit your 45-minute breakout session ideas for the 2026 Annual Meeting by January 15, 2026.
This year’s conference theme is “Libraries Always Changing.” By implementing new and emerging technologies, libraries create stronger connections with patrons and provide fresh ways to discover, use, and interact with information and resources.
If you have a topic in mind already, but it doesn’t emphasize the changing nature of libraries, that’s fine. Virtually everything in libraries is changing these days, and it won’t be hard to find points of connection. Don’t let the theme block you from submitting a great presentation idea.
While presentations have lately tended toward artificial intelligence and linked data, we encourage you to present on the topic(s) of your choice, including blockchain and even quantum computing (if you have ideas!). The audience will be interested to know how they pertain to a Ex Libris products or to library services more generally.
Here are some examples of presentations in this track from 2025:
