It is an open meeting, and registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The program attached with this message provides more information on the symposium's program and location. CLIR has booked a block of rooms for the meeting at the Radisson Barcelo Hotel 2121 P Street, NW, tel.: 202-293-3100; fax: 202-857-0134. Please make your reservations directly with the hotel; mention that you are with the “CLIR Meeting” to receive CLIR’s negotiated per-night rate of $159. You will need to make your hotel reservation by April 3, as the hotel will release all unreserved rooms for general sale after that date. There is no charge for the meeting, but institutions are asked to cover their own travel and hotel costs.
