All, Our Digital Library Production Services unit has been researching tools for JPEG2000 production. Now I'm looking into delivery issues, and would like to hear from any other institutions about their implementation of JPEG2000 for web-based delivery. I have so far come across references to a special collections project at UConn, use of JPEG2000 as a format in the implementation of DigiTool at Boston College, and a possible implementation of an Aware JPEG2000 server at Princeton.
